CaseAlert ('we', 'our', or 'us') is a legal hearing reminder service built for Indian advocates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at casealert-one.vercel.app.

- Account information: name, email address, WhatsApp number, bar council number
- Case information: case numbers, court names, hearing dates you enter
- Usage data: when you log in, cases added, reminders sent
3. How We Use Your Information
- To send WhatsApp hearing reminders
- To maintain your case tracking dashboard
- To improve our service
- We do NOT sell your information to third parties
- We do NOT share your case information with anyone
4. Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database)
- Data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS
- We use Row Level Security — you can only access your own data
- Your case information is private and visible only to you
5. WhatsApp Reminders
- We send WhatsApp messages via Twilio
- Messages are sent only to the WhatsApp number you provide
- You can disable reminders at any time from your dashboard
- We do not store the content of your WhatsApp messages
6. Your Rights
- Access: You can view all your data in your dashboard
- Delete: You can delete any case or your entire account at any time
- Export: Contact us to request a copy of your data
- Correction: Update your information from Settings at any time
