1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CaseAlert, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CaseAlert is a hearing reminder service for Indian advocates. We help you track court hearing dates and receive WhatsApp reminders. We do not provide legal advice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of case information you enter
  • You must provide a valid WhatsApp number to receive reminders
  • You must not use the service for any illegal purpose
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

4. Free and Paid Plans

  • New accounts include a 30-day free trial with unlimited case tracking
  • After the trial, a paid plan is required: Solo (up to 20 cases), Practice (up to 60 cases), or Chambers (up to 150 cases)
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Disclaimer

CaseAlert provides reminders as a convenience tool. We are not responsible for missed hearings due to technical issues, incorrect information entered by the user, or WhatsApp delivery failures. Always maintain your own independent record of hearing dates.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseAlert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.
